Northern Water is seeking a motivated individual to perform custodial and general maintenance tasks at the Berthoud Headquarters.

Responsibilities

1. Routine cleaning of office space and common areas.
2. Notify appropriate personnel when repairs are needed.
3. Snow removal and sidewalk maintenance as needed.
4. Setup/tear down and reconfiguration of meeting rooms.
5. Maintain documents and a file system for chemicals, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and equipment.
