summit Mountain Rentals is a leading vacation rental management company with locations in Breckenridge, Colorado and with a budding sister company in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. After experiencing significant growth over the past five years, we are seeking a motivated and service-driven individual to join our team and help support our continued success.
Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to lead our guest services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service- with experience in reservations, front desk, or concierge roles-and be comfortable working independently while aligning with company goals. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the guest services team, ensuring daily tasks are completed and company policies are followed Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and development Maintain and update training materials and establish new standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed Oversee staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage Handle guest concerns, including conflict resolution and service recovery efforts Contribute innovative ideas to improve guest experience and communication Support on-site front desk staff as needed Monitor guest issues, follow up diligently, and ensure timely resolution Ensure all guest communication is prompt, professional, and courteous Promote a detail-oriented and guest-focused culture within the team
Qualifications:
Proven track record of exceptional customer service in the hospitality industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, staff, and projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn internal reservation systems and third-party platforms Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills Able to work both independently and collaboratively Positive attitude and ability to remain composed under pressure Prior experience in guest services, reservations, or concierge roles required Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required Availability for overnight on-call shifts is mandatory
