The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, including the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, managing inventory and supplies, contributing to menu development, and ensuring food quality and consistency. The role also involves training and mentoring other employees, overseeing food presentation, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
