We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manufacturing Analyst to join our team in Burlington, KY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our manufacturing processes and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities- Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and drive operational excellence.
- Prepare and present reports on manufacturing performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
