The pay rate for this job is $25 - $25 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Apparel Warehouse Manager:
- Warehouse Operations: Manage daily warehouse operations, including production scheduling, order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping logistics
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows and reduce inefficiencies
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and productivity
- Inventory Management: Manage warehouse supplies, equipment maintenance, and forklift certifications
- This also includes managing daily warehouse cycle counts and posting inventory adjustments
Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
- 3+years of experience in a warehouse setting, preferably in apparel or related industries, is often required
- Experience leading and managing teams is essential
- Familiarity with apparel or retail logistics, including processes like EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and UPC (Universal Product Code) management, is beneficial
- Knowledge of netsuite a plus
- Background check and drug screening required
