Responsibilities:
Associate is responsible for back-office operations. Check processing. Inquiry resolution. Physical mail review and reallocation. Tax form printing. Other back-office processes that support the business. Works on assignments that are routine in nature, and which follow accepted practices and procedures, requiring general instructions. Works under close supervision with little latitude for independent judgment. Consults with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn, through experience. Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a customer-service or data-entry related position in service industry. 1+ years of banking experience. Attention to detail. Ability to take direction from senior members of the team. Good written and oral communication skills. Microsoft Excel and Word. #TB_EN
