Write clear, easy-to-understand instructions for end users across Access products and services. Edit content from others to maintain a consistent voice, tone, and style. Follow and contribute to content guidelines. Collaborate with developers, information architects, designers, project managers, platform owners, and stakeholders. Propose strategies to enhance the help content program. Required Knowledge
Application of brand and style guidelines End-user instruction development Content management systems and publishing/help platforms B2B financial services content Experience
Seven or more years creating instructional content Portfolio demonstrating clarity of style and voice Ability to quickly learn banking concepts and product functionalities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience with the WalkMe platform is a plus Additional Details
