This position will be responsible for assisting the Housekeeping Manager in the inspection of accommodation units to ensure all units are ready for occupancy, as well as assist with inventory running duties. The inspector will supervise the work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive rooms. Responsibilities include assigning duties, inspecting work, and investigating complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment. Additional responsibilities include providing transportation for housekeepers, reporting maintenance issues, inventory replacement, linen replacement, pest control issues, and addressing all deficiencies. The Inspector will also provide performance feedback to the Housekeeping Manager and assist with training and retraining of housekeepers to achieve and exceed standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Inspection of units and unit buildings.
- Cleaning units.
- Training and mentoring team members to achieve and exceed standards.
- Assisting Manager with special projects as needed.
- Assisting with inventory running duties.
- Assisting with end-of-month inventory counts.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Training and mentoring team members to achieve and exceed standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least two years of housekeeping experience preferred.
- Must meet company required motor vehicle policy standards.
- Must be willing to train housekeepers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to react and adapt to changes and priorities.
- Detail and results-oriented.
- Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines.
- Must be teachable and a teacher.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- At least two years of housekeeping experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.
