Position Highlights: Shift Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Department: Hematology and Oncology Location: 2311 Lewisville Clemmons Rd., Clemmons, NC 27012 Additional Responsibilities: Manage patients clinically through the MindCare evaluation process, including tracking and scheduling MRIs, Amyloid PET scans, labs, and appointments. Respond to in-basket messages regarding the process and results. Schedule peer-to-peer calls, manage denials, and handle patient assistance programs. Follow up on all new infusion patients with after-hours calls to monitor for infusion reactions. Complete initial and semi-annual CMS registry documentation.
