We are working with a company that focuses on two main industries: petroleum refining and nitrogen fertilizer production . They refine crude oil into gasoline, diesel, and other fuels, primarily serving the Midwest . At the same time, they manufacture fertilizers like ammonia and urea ammonium nitrate (UAN) , which are essential for agriculture.

They are looking for an Environmental Engineer II or III, with 3+ years of environmental experience within a chemical plant/refinery.

Role Overview:

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
• Maintain permits and approvals, assess compliance, and improve management systems.
• Oversee federal and state environmental programs.
• Develop and deliver training and compliance procedures.
• Will help with relocation.
