Seeking a full time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine Physician to work with a collaborative, compassionate group of Caregivers and supported by the PeaceHealth critical access hospital and clinic in Creswell, OR.
PeaceHealth's Creswell Clinic is part of a larger multi-specialty group with hospitals, clinics, and clinicians spanning the Eugene/Springfield, Cottage Grove, and Florence communities. PeaceHealth Medical Group has 1,200 clinicians working in Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. For 130 years, we have cared with compassion, collaboration, and respect.

- Employment Bonus
- Relocation stipend based on miles between locations

- CME: up to $3,300 per calendar year for CME and/or professional dues/fees (based on 1.0 FTE; prorated for lower FTE)

Requirements:
- M.D. or D.O. or foreign equivalent degree
- Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited U.S. Family Medicine Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian Family Medicine Residency
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain an unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon prior to hire)
