Job Description:
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in advancing Valle del Sol's mission by supporting the full recruitment lifecycle for all non-clinical roles and backing up on clinical recruitment as needed. Reporting to the Recruitment and Credentialing Manager, this position is responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, facilitating communications between applicants and hiring managers, and supporting the onboarding process. The Recruiting Coordinator will also assist with credentialing processes and represent the organization at community outreach and recruitment events.
Salary: $22.00-$25.00/hour

Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources; experience with high-volume, non-clinical recruitment is strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and general office software.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity with Rippling and Modio preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated reliability, sound judgment, and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess or obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass pre- and continued employment screenings successfully.
