Troubleshoot and resolve end-user IT issues on PCs (Desktop, Laptop), Tablets, Mobile phones, Printers, and other IT devices. Support IMACD tasks: Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose of equipment and services. Oversee installations, de-installations, cascades, moves, adds, and changes for EUC equipment, software, and services at designated customer sites. Seniority level
