Warehouse Data Specialist – Glacier National Park
Location: West Glacier, MT
Pay: $17.00/hour
Seasonal Role – Spring/Summer 2025

As a Warehouse Data Specialist , you’ll be at the heart of inventory and logistics—making sure products move efficiently, records are accurate, and systems are updated. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves details, organization, and outdoor adventure.
✅ What You’ll Be Doing
- Use Retail Pro reporting tools to allocate inventory, manage transfers, and keep buyers informed of stock levels.
- Coordinate with retail operations on inventory priorities, invoice issues, and product counts.
- Receive, store, rotate, and organize merchandise efficiently.
- Meet delivery trucks, unload and accurately process incoming product.
- Pull, pack, and load orders with precision—sometimes directly onto trucks or pallets.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled with UPCs, cost, and pricing details.
- Support monthly inventory reporting and reconciliation as needed.
- Help deliver goods locally using box trucks or other delivery vehicles (as needed).
- Maintain safety standards and report any maintenance concerns.
- Be a helpful, flexible team player who’s always ready to pitch in!
