A respected insurance defense firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of litigation experience to join its remote team supporting clients in the Edinburg, Texas area. This role is ideal for a skilled litigator with a background in construction defect, bodily injury, and general insurance defense. Edinburg, TX Duties
Represent clients in construction defect, bodily injury, and related insurance defense cases Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents Participate in hearings, depositions, and negotiations Advise clients on case strategy and settlement options Maintain timely and accurate client communications and reporting Manage caseload independently in a remote setting Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant litigation experience Active license to practice law in Texas (required) Strong knowledge of insurance defense litigation, including construction-related claims Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment Strong organizational, research, and communication skills Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school Certifications
