Eminence Home Care is looking for dedicated Overnight PCAs/Caregivers to provide essential overnight support to our clients. In this role, you will ensure our clients receive the care they need during the night, helping them feel secure and comfortable in their own homes. As an Overnight PCA/Caregiver, your responsibilities will include assisting with personal hygiene, medication reminders, and providing companionship through the night. Your role is vital in promoting the safety and well-being of our clients while allowing them to maintain their independence. Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care services during the night, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor clients' well-being and recovery, ensuring their comfort throughout the night
• Assist clients with mobility and help them to the restroom if necessary
• Remind clients to take medication as prescribed and monitor for any adverse effects
• Engage clients in conversation to provide companionship and reduce feelings of loneliness
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment and perform light housekeeping tasks
• Report any health or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience as a caregiver, PCA, or in a related role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and their families
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in the best interest of clients
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a desire to help others
• Availability for overnight shifts and flexibility to accommodate client needs
• Must be able to pass background checks and provide references
