Key Responsibilities: Provide compassionate nursing care in post-acute facilities Monitor residents' physical and mental health, including vital signs Conduct resident intakes and document medical histories Assist in administering medications and monitoring their effects Create a comfortable and safe environment for residents Maintain accurate medical records and charts Support IV setups, immunizations, and phlebotomy tasks Manage medical supplies and inventory effectively Adhere to resident care plans diligently Assist in training and orienting new staff members Qualifications: Hold a current Maryland state license as a
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Complete an accredited LPN educational program High school diploma, GED, or equivalent At least 6 months of relevant experience (LPN or similar role) Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs If you seek a fulfilling LPN role with robust support and a genuine work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.
