Hours Available: 28h/w
Pay Rate: $33/hr
Days: Friday
Shift: 3rd Shift, 5p-7a
Days: Monday thru Saturday
Shift: 1st Shift, 8a-5p
Ideal Candidates will be expected to:
Follow an individualized home health plan of care Monitor all aspects of a patient's home health plan of care as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient home health plan of care Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) prepare and assist with examinations and treatments for patients Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) maintain accurate, detailed reports via an electronic medical record Benefits

Current credentials as either a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Valid AHA-BLS CPR course completion (Infant, Child & Adult) FBI and Child AbuseClearances (provided by eKidzCare, if needed) Recent Two-Step Tuberculosis test (One Year Shelf Life), Chest X-ray (6 Month Shelf Life) or Blood Test (Upon Hire) Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)or must be willing to participate in theeKidzCare New Grad Training Program
