North Texas Kidney Disease Associates is hiring a Nephrologist to join their growing Practice in Dallas!

NTKDA is excited to add three nephrologists to their team for retirement successions.

• Comprehensive benefits, including 401k with 3% employer contribution
• 2,500 CME annual allowance
• 4 weeks PTO (increases to 6 weeks at year 3)
• Quarterly bonus opportunities, starting at day 1
• Partnership track with no buy in/out ~ 2 years; paid out quarterly to all partners, regardless of tenure

• Create your own schedule, prioritizing patient care completion
• Pod model - 3-4 physicians per pod to minimize travel throughout DFW area
• 1:4 or 1:3 weekend call (dependent upon your pod)
• Typical week consists of: 1/2 day clinics, 2-4 dialysis shifts, cover assigned hospital
• One of the largest nephrology practices in Dallas area
• Provides support and mentorship to new nephrologists
• Office locations are in safe, affordable, diverse, growing suburbs

Ideal Candidate:

• Motivated, compassionate physician
• BC/BE in nephrology
• Full medical license in Texas
