Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the technical field, where you will gain hands-on experience in equipment repair, field service, and computer networking. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced technicians to maintain and troubleshoot various systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Device Diagnostics: Perform testing and analysis on returned devices, documenting findings in a shared spreadsheet.
- Firmware Updates & Kit Assembly: Assist with updating firmware and assembling kits as needed.
- Tracking Returned Devices: Maintain an organized list of devices of interest for the engineering team.
- Value-Added Services (VAS): Support various technical activities as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Experience with electronic diagnostics or technical troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and documentation.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
