Be involved in projects with our PMCM Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges. Your Impact Responsible for project administration, record keeping, payment entries, correspondence, and delivering of required reports. Manage and mentor Assistant Office Engineers. Attend project meetings, record and distribute meeting minutes. Review daily inspection reports and payment quantities in accordance with contract requirements. Prepare change orders for overruns, changed conditions and additional work. Review, log and coordinate with the designer to respond to Contractor's submittals, RFI's and shop drawings. Ensure that field staff have current construction documents. Confirm inspector reports are accurate and reflect plans, proposals and specifications and confirm as-built sketches, quantity calculations and tracking of manpower/resources is accurate. Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures. Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs Who You Are Required Qualifications Highschool Diploma Minimum 11 years of experience with resident engineering and construction inspection services and at least 5 years as office engineer on CT DOT projects. NICET IV Certification Ability to read plans/specs and prepare written contract administration documentation. Advise senior staff of potential change orders, differing field conditions and overruns. Strong oral and written communication skills.
