Overview
The Borough of Glen Rock is seeking an experienced full-time Borough Administrator. This non-civil service municipality has a population of approximately 12,000 residents and offers a full range of municipal services with a budget of over $25 million.
Responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations and departments, managing personnel, working with Borough professionals, and reporting to the Mayor and Council.
Applicants must be highly motivated and result-oriented and have excellent communications skills and deep experience managing teams of people. Prior experience as a Borough Administrator is preferred; 5+ years’ experience in municipal government administration or a related field is required. Bachelor’s degree required, MPA preferred.
The Borough of Glen Rock is also currently seeking a CFO. Candidates who can perform both the Administrator and CFO functions will be preferred and will be compensated accordingly.
