Job Title: Recruitment and HR Administrative Coordinator
Location: Glendale, AZ 85307
Duration: 06 Months contract (Potential Temp to Perm)
Payrate: $25/hr. - $28/hr. (DoE)
Shift: 1st shift; 8am-4:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Education: HS Diploma or Equivalent
1-2 years of experience working in Human Resources.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Recruitment and HR Administrative Coordinator to support our hiring process and provide day-to-day HR assistance.
In this role, you will:
- Source and recruit candidates using our ATS system , schedule phone screens, and coordinate on-site interviews.
- Manage the onboarding process for all new hires and lead new hire orientation sessions.
- Assist employees by addressing questions or directing them to the right HR team member.
- Process and verify employee status changes, leave requests, educational reimbursements, and other HR forms to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate personnel records and files.
- Enter and update employee information in the HRIS system, including wage rates, classifications, payroll data, benefits, and contact details.
- Handle new hires, transfers, terminations, promotions, performance appraisals, and salary changes.
- Keep bulletin boards current with job postings, company announcements, and government notices.
- Perform additional related duties as needed.
