We specialize in freight brokerage services including drayage, FTL, LTL, warehousing, international shipping, and customs clearance. Position Overview: We’re hiring a Freight Broker Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and generate new shipping opportunities. You’ll focus on lead generation, building shipper relationships, and securing freight to match with our carrier network. This is a sales-focused role best suited for someone with experience in the freight brokerage industry and a strong drive to close deals. Responsibilities: ● Prospect and secure new shipping clients via cold calling, emails, and outreach ● Build and manage long-term relationships with shippers ● Source and quote freight for FTL, LTL, drayage, and intermodal shipments ● Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for load execution ● Track shipment progress and communicate updates to clients ● Maintain CRM activity and meet individual sales goals Qualifications: ● 1-2+ years of experience in freight brokerage or logistics sales ● Knowledge of freight types, load boards (e.g., DAT), and carrier networks ● Strong negotiation and communication skills ● Self-starter with a sales-first mindset and customer focus ● Experience using CRM and TMS systems ● Book of business is a plus Benefits: ● Salary + commission (uncapped earning potential) ● Medical, dental, and vision insurance ● PTO and paid holidays ● Team-oriented environment with operations support ● Opportunities for career advancement Take your freight sales career to the next level with Polo 4PL.
