Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk
Location: Golden, CO 80403 (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (MDT)
Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk for an onsite position in Golden, CO. This role supports core finance operations with a focus on collections, account management, and customer communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview, monitor, and collect on customer accounts to meet collection and working capital goals
Evaluate orders in suspense and determine appropriate action (hold or release)
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
Send invoices to customers using automated tools
Process credits and rebills as requested
Initiate contact with customers to follow up on past due accounts
Support additional finance tasks, including intracompany billing, closing modules, and generating management reports
High School Diploma or GED
Experience using Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) and Outlook
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Able to work effectively in a team environment
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
