Monday through Saturday, 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Job Description: We're seeking a dependable and proactive
Customer Service Representative
to join our fast-paced team supporting last-mile delivery operations. In this role, you'll play a key part in
ensuring outstanding service to customers, drivers, and business partners , while helping to resolve challenges quickly and professionally.
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and solution-oriented manner Manage delivery issues, cancellations, and route tracking Scan haul-away pods and confirm delivery stamp verifications Monitor progress of ongoing delivery routes Troubleshoot and resolve complaints effectively under pressure Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely deliveries Qualifications:
Basic proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum of
1 year of customer service experience
(call centre experience preferred) Strong multitasking and time management skills Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
