Purpose : Passages to Recovery, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to oversee the delivery of high-quality healthcare services within our program facilities. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for coordinating client care and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This role is critical to helping our clients fully engage in and benefit from our treatment services.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and evaluate certified medical assistants. Develop and implement nursing policies to ensure excellent patient care. Conduct client assessments, manage health conditions, and provide direct care as needed. Coordinate with the visiting Psychiatrist on medication management and documentation. Collaborate with case managers and external healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. Promote health education and lifestyle choices among clients. Maintain accurate client records and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Degree from an accredited RN/LPN program.
Current RN/LPN license in good standing with the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. Minimum of one year of RN/LPN experience, with a preference for community health, substance abuse, and mental health services. Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications. Ability to obtain necessary clearances (ACT 33 & 34, FBI, Allegheny County Jail). Must have an insured vehicle and a valid PA driver's license. Flexible schedule availability, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
