Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, to assess, plan, and deliver quality care. You will also coordinate care, perform assessments, provide education, and implement various nursing interventions across all phases of healthcare. In addition to providing care, you may serve as a charge nurse overseeing tasks delegated to licensed and unlicensed personnel, ensuring that care is safe and effective. Your role will adhere to established nursing standards and ethical guidelines. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program is preferred with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing highly valued. Must hold a current, unencumbered RN license for the state of Iowa or possess multistate licensure if applicable. Commitment to maintaining competencies and required certifications.
