About The Position Wellhart is partnering with a multi-specialty clinic in Ohio to place a locum tenens Emergency Medicine Physician for a 15-day assignment starting May 5, 2025. The position focuses on night shifts and weekends, with a requirement of 5 shifts per month. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with night shifts and weekend work in a fast-paced emergency department environment.

Requirements: •Ohio state license (IMLC not accepted) •COVID vaccination •Board certification in ABMS/AOA IM/FM (can be double boarded ABPS) •2+ years of recent experience •NRP certification Duties: •Provide emergency medical care during night shifts •Oversee APPs in the ED •Write admission orders •Handle 15-20 patients per shift •Oversee deliveries sent directly to Labor & Delivery
