*Responsibilities* * Supervise and manage nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. * Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with best practices in patient care. * Conduct regular assessments of patient care quality and implement improvements as necessary. * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans. * Oversee medication administration, including IV insertion * Maintain accurate medical documentation for all patient interactions and treatments. * Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff on pain management techniques and primary care practices. * Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the nursing facility setting. * Address any issues related to paitent care, ensuring appropriate treatment and support for patients.
*Experience* * A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required. * Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a healthcare setting is preferred. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. * Experience in medical documentation practices is necessary for maintaining compliance standards.
