LOVEN Ready Mix operates an in-house quality assurance laboratory based on guidelines set forth by the American Concrete Institute. Our quality control staff are both ACI and NCDOT certified technicians and participate in ongoing training. Every concrete mix is designed based on strength and performance, and samples are tested on a continual basis for uniformity. Laboratory conditions are tightly monitored to ensure mixes are properly tested. Materials for concrete mixes are carefully selected after testing confirms their consistent success as solid components of a mix design. Mixes can be designed for specific job requirements or unique applications. All LOVEN Ready Mix concrete plants are fully automated with computer monitoring of specific material parameters. LOVEN Ready Mix has personnel that regularly visit job sites and conduct field testing both randomly and planned as an additional component of mix design control.
