JOB SUMMARY As a CDL A Driver, you will be entrusted with the reliable and safe delivery and pickup of containers from customer locations. Your role will focus on providing exceptional service while ensuring the safe transport of containers and maintaining a positive relationship with our valued customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Drive and operate a commercial truck equipped with a specialized lift mechanism for efficient loading and unloading of containers, adhering strictly to safety protocols. Conduct thorough daily pre and post-trip inspections of the commercial vehicle and lift. Accommodate add-on deliveries as needed to support business operations. Utilize a company-issued handheld computer to verify deliveries and navigate to customer locations. Operate forklifts and/or overhead cranes as required. Ensure containers are clean and ready for customer delivery. Assist with rental paperwork and payment processing with customers. Communicate effectively with the Driver Lead or Market Manager regarding customer inquiries or issues; maintain detailed driver notes as necessary. Carry out repairs on containers and lifts both in the field and at the storage center. Provide operational support at the storage center as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the truck cab, ensuring it is free from debris inside and outside. May perform additional duties as assigned. MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Generally reports to management. The direct supervisor may include a Market Manager or Territory Manager. This position is

responsible for managing other employees (such as hiring/termination decisions or performance management). BENEFITS Our compensation includes a competitive rate of
$28.00 per hour . Employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package encompassing medical, dental, and vision insurance. Paid Time Off and safety bonuses are also part of the package. Additionally, a boot voucher and uniforms will be provided. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. A valid CDL Class B License is required without air brake restriction. Must possess and maintain a current/valid driver license. Compliance with PODS Driver Qualification Standards is mandatory. Must be at least 21 years old (as per insurance requirements). Possess a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate or the ability to obtain a minimum one-year certification (DOT requirement). Experience with electronic equipment and software is preferred. Sufficient math skills for job-related tasks. Or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
