Role Overview: The Medical-Surgical Unit comprises 38 beds. As an RN, you will assess patient conditions, determine nursing needs, set goals, and implement tailored nursing interventions that address the physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative requirements of each patient. Responsibilities include developing and adjusting individualized nursing care plans, evaluating patient outcomes, collaborating with medical staff, administering medications and treatments, and providing crucial education to patients and their families.
