Delivering high-quality
RN
care in post-acute facilities Collaborating with the medical team, residents, and families to explore care options Working with clinical teams to create individualized care plans Ensuring adherence to resident care plans Administering medications and treatments as required Collecting samples for labs and testing Monitoring medical equipment to guarantee effective use Training and supervising nursing staff and other caregivers according to scope of practice Upholding compliance with laws, regulations, and nursing standards Documenting vital signs, nursing interventions, and patient histories promptly Assisting with incident investigations and best practice development Qualifications and Skills
Current New Jersey state RN license Graduated from an accredited nursing program Minimum of 6 months experience as an
RN
