Role Description
This is a full-time, seasonal on-site role for Plant Operators at High Sierra Brine Shrimp Inc. located in Lee Vining, CA. Plant Operators will be responsible for processing/packing, machine operation, quality control, forklift/pallet truck operation, and daily harvest tracking and inventory.
Harvest season runs through June-October.
Pay dependent on position, experience, and performance. Starting hourly wage: $20
Generous bonus structure.
Qualifications
- Packing and Quality Control skills
- Machine Operation and Forklift Operation skills-can train and certify
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team with a positive attitude
- Physical stamina and strength for manual labor and long hours
- Attention to detail and focus on quality
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
