We are currently looking for a Part-Time Night Auditor to join our team! The Courtyard by Marriott - Providence Lincoln is situated minutes from Twin River Casino, Bryant University, and Kirkbrae Country Club, and is only 9 miles from Downtown Providence. With 129 beautifully appointed guest rooms, we also have an onsite Bistro Restaurant & Bar offering breakfast, Starbucks products, and evening dining with a full bar. The Courtyard by Marriott is part of Buffalo Lodging Associates, an award-winning hotel management company.
The Night Auditor is the face of the hotel during overnight hours and provides superior service to all guests. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and completing check-in/check-out procedures using the property management system while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
- Handling cash, credit card transactions, and goods at the property.
- Identifying guest needs and providing relevant information about hotel services and amenities, responding promptly to requests.
- Taking reservations from incoming callers, inputting information into the management system, and updating or canceling reservations as needed.
- Organizing previous shift paperwork, balancing all room accounts and vouchers, investigating out-of-balance situations, and running night audit reports.
The hours for this position are 11 PM - 7 AM, Friday and Saturday nights, with a shift differential bonus for overnight work!

What You Bring:

- Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Marriott experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with intranet, property management systems, Word, and Excel.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Typical Schedule: Overnights, 11 PM - 7 AM. Weekend availability required.
