Because We Offer Our Employees: Daily Pay - Work Today, Get Paid Today!Health Insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Holiday Pay 401k Flexible Scheduling Paid Training and In-Services Direct Deposit Registered Nurse (RN ) Job Summary: Registered Nurse ( RN ) Major Duties and CriticalTasks:Works using the guidelinesestablished by the Nurse Practice Act, facility Policies and Procedures, and soundnursing judgmentAssesses, plans andevaluates nursing care delivered to patients/residents requiring long-termand/or rehabilitation careDelivers nursing care topatients/residents requiring long-term and/or rehabilitative care Implements thepatient/resident plan of care and evaluates the patient/resident responseDirects and supervises careprovided by other nursing personnelProvides input in theformulation and evaluation of standards of careMaintains knowledge ofnecessary documentation requirements Maintains knowledge ofequipment set-up, maintenance and use (i.e. monitors, infusion devices, draindevices, etc.)Maintains confidentialityand compliance with patient/resident rights, relating to allpatient/resident/personnel informationProvides patient/resident/family/caregiver education as appropriate and/or directedConducts self in a professional manner in compliance with unit and facility policies Works rotating shifts,holidays and weekends as scheduled RegisteredNurse ( RN ) Required Education andExperience: Must bea graduate of a basic education program in professional nursing Aminimum of one year medical/surgical nursing experience in an acute care(hospital) setting or long-term care setting (acute/critical care is preferred) Mustpossess a current Registered Nurse ( RN ) license in state(s) of practice. Must have areliable source of transportationThe RegisteredNurse ( RN ) is responsible to plan and deliver nursing care topatients/residents requiring long-term and/or rehabilitative care.
