About The Position
We're seeking an Endocrinologist to join an established Endocrinology practice working alongside a Physician Assistant and discover natural wonders, unique shops and restaurants, and spirited communities that will be excited to welcome you and your family. Employer is able to sponsor visas - J1 and H1b! Practice Clinic based with no call, work out of one location Schedule can be 4 days or 4.5 days totaling 36 clinical hours Typical hours 7:00am - 4:30p with an hour for lunch EHR used is EPIC Staff includes 1.5 RNs, a designated MA or LPN, Registered Dietician, and 2 check-in staff Lab and Rad on-site 65-70% of cases are Diabetes and General Endocrinology Compensation Base guarantee between $280,000 - $300,000 $30,000 Sign-on $10,000 Relocation assistance Hospital employed benefits including Health, Vision, Dental, Life, Retirement, etc. Location Hospital clinic located in Menasha, WI - serving patients throughout the Fox Cities and surrounding area Appleton and the Fox Cities, 19 communities along the Fox River and Lake Winnebago, make up the third-largest metropolitan area in Wisconsin after Milwaukee and Madison Appleton has a lively and walkable downtown famous for hosting the annual Mile of Music festival Vibrant arts scene all year round JN -022025-32883 -CSP 1626177EXPTEMP
