Job Description: As the Night Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during the evening hours. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the closing and cleaning of the restaurant, overseeing staff, and ensuring that all closing procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the night shift staff.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at the end of each shift.
• Manage the closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the premises.
• Address any customer concerns or issues that arise during the evening hours.
• Train and mentor new employees on night shift procedures and standards.
• Maintain inventory
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
