Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) ! Join our team and make a difference in the lives of patients. We have full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available with shifts from 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am. Key Responsibilities Assist CNAs with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and routine patient care. Conduct resident/patient treatments with care and attention. Administer medication according to physician orders and the Plan of Care. Submit pharmacy orders accurately and efficiently. Document and record all information meticulously. Administer injections and other prescribed medications. Monitor and report the health status of residents to RNs, Supervisors, and Physicians. Take vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and weight. Provide basic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging. Manage IVs and start IV drips as necessary. Monitor food and fluid intake and output. Observe and report any incidents, accidents, or signs of skin breakdown. Assist with the admissions process when directed. About Us
