Job Description:
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business operations at the Morris location. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, and meeting financial goals. Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that arise Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed Develop and implement strategies to meet financial goals Monitor and analyze sales and expenses to identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Collaborate with other managers and departments to achieve overall business objectives Requirements:
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role Excellent leadership and management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to analyze financial data and develop strategies to improve performance Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
