Join Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services as a Part-time Paraprofessional in Nanuet, NY. We are a passionate team dedicated to providing excellent pediatric therapy to children across the United States. Founded in 1995, Achieve Beyond offers ABA, speech, occupational, and physical therapy services in home, community, and clinic settings. Cases available near Nanuet area Job Responsibilities
Provide direct ABA instruction as outlined by the BCBA Participate in team meetings with BCBA and other therapists Communicate regularly with families, providing debriefs and resources Collect daily data and organize the child's program book weekly Maintain confidentiality in accordance with regulations Requirements
Passion for working with children, families, and therapists At least 2 years of experience with children with special needs or current enrollment in relevant educational programs Experience with ABA preferred Successful completion of 30-hour training provided by Achieve Beyond and passing the competency exam Self-motivated, team player, patient, and professional Excellent organizational and communication skills Comfortable working in home and clinical settings Ability to travel, climb stairs, lift 10 pounds, and work on the floor or crawl as needed Compensation is based on experience and education, discussed during the interview.
