Job Title: Lead Data Architect
Location: New York City, NY (1211 6th Ave #4100, New York, NY 10036) – Hybrid Role
Domain: Banking Domain
Job Description and Required Skills:
Lead Data Architect will lead the overall effort on future state architecture roadmap, business alignment, and overall data strategy and end-to-end data lifecycle including data quality, data governance, data modeling, etc. 12 to 15 years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 10 years in the data and analytics space. 5+ years of experience in Data Advisory, Data Strategy, ADF, and defining architecture roadmap (at least 2 full implementation experiences from strategizing the architecture to roll-out). Solid experience in Azure / other public clouds (Azure preferred) and cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake - involving various data services, cost/performance trade-offs, architecture patterns/choices, etc. Experience involving Azure Fabric strongly required. Effective communicator with the ability to communicate complex techno-functional aspects to various stakeholders including business stakeholders. Prior experience in the Mortgage/banking industry is required.
