Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Location: Manhattan, NY Pay: 200,000 - 300,000 Key Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia for surgical, obstetric, and diagnostic procedures in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals. Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments, including patient interviews and medical history reviews. Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans. Monitor patients’ vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed throughout procedures. Manage post-anesthesia care, including monitoring for complications and ensuring patient safety during recovery. Maintain accurate and detailed anesthesia records in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Educate patients and families about anesthesia procedures and post-operative care. Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Valid state RN and CRNA licenses. Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
