Duties and Responsibilities: * Set up and operate CNC Mills to produce precision components according to specifications and blueprints * Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job instructions to understand dimensions and tolerances * Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication, to ensure machines run efficiently * Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations in specifications and make necessary adjustments * Inspect and measure finished products using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure accuracy * Program CNC lathes using G-code and adjust settings as needed for different machining processes including tool and positional offsets * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies * Collaborate with other machinists and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines * Maintain accurate records of production, including setup sheets, inspection reports, and maintenance logs About the Company: Ondrives, Ltd. operates premium manufacturing facilities for high-quality precision machined products.
