Job Title: Customer Service Associate (In-Office, North Olmsted, OH) Location: North Olmsted, Ohio (Must be local to Cleveland)
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate with a passion for watches to join our team in North Olmsted, OH. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of watches and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing returns and repairs, and assisting with inventory transfers to our retail location. This is an in-office position, so candidates must be local to the Cleveland area and able to commute to our North Olmsted location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information.
- Assist customers with product returns, exchanges, and repair requests, ensuring all processes are followed in compliance with company policies.
- Process return and repair transactions, including updating system records, issuing refunds, monitoring watches as needed and coordinating with repair teams.
- Utilize watch knowledge to provide expert advice and troubleshooting for customers experiencing issues with their timepieces.
- Handle inventory transfers to our retail location, ensuring that products are properly tracked and documented during the transfer process.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns regarding product issues or service expectations.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products, including watch models, return policies, and repair procedures.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that customer issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.
- Support other customer service functions as needed, including order tracking, account updates, and general customer support.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally involving returns, exchanges, or repairs.
- Knowledge of watches and a genuine interest in the timepiece industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in North Olmsted, OH; candidates must be local to the Cleveland area.
- Proficiency with computer systems and customer service software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a retail or service-based industry.
- Familiarity with processing returns and handling repair requests.
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting for watches or similar products.
- Experience with inventory management or logistics is a plus.
