- Registered Nurse certification required
Job Details
- 2 years experience
- Current BLS card from an acceptable agency
- Current state or compact license
- NIH Certification (annual)
- Nursys Report (Prefer Compact Nursing License)
- License/Certificate Verification
- Norton Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening (passing score of 80% or higher)
- Norton Basic Med Assessment Exam (passing score of 80% or higher)
- Covid vaccine required
- Documentation of 2 MMRs at least 28 days apart and/or positive laboratory titer
- Completed onsite Fit Test annually
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccinations or signed declination
- Influenza vaccine status required
- 2 Negative TB skin tests or Quantiferon Gold
- Documentation of 2 doses of varicella 4 weeks apart and/or positive laboratory titer
- Proof of Tdap vaccine
- Physical Capacity statement required
- Full work experience with references from previous managers
- Passing score of 80% or higher on Norton Specialty Exam (updated every 3 years)
- Completed Norton Skills Checklist prior to start
- Standard 10 panel drug screen
