About our client:
Our client specializes in providing premium health plan solutions tailored to individuals and small businesses. Their mission is to deliver affordable premium plans, ACA-compliant plans with nationwide PPO access, backed by exceptional customer service. Together we are looking for a Benefits Enrollment Specialist, this is a full-time, on-site position located at their Old Bride, NJ, location.
Requirements:
- Guide employees through the core benefits enrollment process, providing clear overviews of health insurance, ancillary benefits, voluntary benefits, and flexible benefits.
- Educate employees on voluntary benefit options, including dental, vision, critical illness, disability, and life insurance, while encouraging and driving enrollment in these products.
- Work with internal teams to improve enrollment workflows and processes, as well as track enrollment metrics for clients and leadership.
Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Health Insurance Sales.
- Strong understanding of health, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits products.
- Energetic, personable, and professional demeanor with outstanding communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using benefits administration platforms, CRM systems, and enrollment tools.
Compensation, Benefits and Perks:
Compensation : $60K + plus with target salary of $75-$85K year one.
