The candidate should possess excellent research and writing skills, with a drive to work directly with clients and develop relationships. The firm is very collaborative in nature with an employee first culture.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills while maintaining a client-focused approach to their cases. Be able to manage their own cases. But our partners are always available for guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications And Responsibilities
2-5 years' experience in Employment litigation, including single plaintiff, wage & hour, and representative actions Skilled at drafting and arguing motions Conduct depositions and engage in all aspects of trial preparation Strong academic credentials Attend mediations, active participation in negotiating settlements Strong written and verbal communication skills Member of the CA bar in good standing
