The Emporium by Lady Holiday is seeking a dependable, self-motivated, and creative Retail Brand Support & Social Media Assistant to support both day-to-day operations and online brand visibility. This dynamic role combines in-person retail assistance with behind-the-scenes brand development—ideal for someone who’s organized, social media-savvy, and passionate about fashion, style, and customer experience.

• Provide personal assistance to the owner, including organizing tasks, scheduling, and errands related to store and brand needs
• Assist with in-store customer service, merchandising, and retail presentation
• Capture and create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Reels, TikTok, Stories, etc.)
• Help manage social media calendar and support digital campaigns and product drops
• Support with order packing, virtual shopping experiences, and local deliveries
• Maintain inventory organization and assist in preparing for pop-ups and field sales
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients both in person and online
  

• A dependable self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent time management
• Honest, organized, and emotionally mature, with the ability to adapt and remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable working in a retail environment and interacting with a diverse customer base
• Creative and confident using Instagram, Canva, TikTok, and other content tools
• Resilient, easy to get along with, and eager to grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment
• Passionate about style, jewelry, and customer care
  

• 1+ years in retail, fashion, or boutique support
• Basic content creation/editing experience (social media or marketing)
• Familiarity with platforms like Canva, Instagram Reels, TikTok, PowerDirector, or similar
• Flexible availability, including weekends and local events
